Purpose of the role
We are seeking an experienced Head of Operations, IT and Change management candidate to work closely with the ICCI management Team and wider RSA parent and third party contractors to deliver a best in class business process, change, architecture and system support.
You will be responsible for a team of up to four professionals, including IT, project management and operations support. The role will require you to think both strategically and long term, as well as be willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
Skills and experience required
You will have a proven track record and technical background with business operations, service or change management. You will be self-motivated, organised, be able to work under own initiative to deadlines and committed to providing excellent customer service with close attention to detail and accuracy.
